How and When to Apply?

Forms for hostel accommodation are required to be submitted to the hostel office duly recommended by concerned Principal/Director. Students who are seeking renewal are directed to fill the renewal form and submit along with the hostel fees.

Proof of residence: ration card/voter identity card/passport shall have to be shown in original and an attested photocopy of the same needs to be enclosed with the hostel admission form at the time of submission. Subletting is strictly prohibited.

Candidates accepted for admission will be required to pay the requisite fees along with three passport size recent photographs for identity cards

If any candidate fails to pay the fees in full within the stipulated time as notified, his/her admission will be treated as cancelled.

Application for continuation of stay in the hostels is based on their willingness submitted in the appropriate form at the end of every academic year. However the management reserves the right to reject any application on the basis indiscipline.

All students (except final years) of all programs are advised to login to Online Hostel Room Booking portal to select and pay hostel and mess fees online for the next academic year. The booking starts from 23 April, 2015 (05:00PM). The booking is applicable only for present hostellers.


New Admits Only:

Applicants are allowed to book hostel only after complete payment of  balance tuition fee and Pre- enrollment process.

Last date of payment of balance tuition fee June 10, 2015
Pre-enrollment commences on June 9, 2015
Hostel booking commences on June 12, 2015

The hostel room booking will be based on first come, first serve basis.
