• A national level student symposium "Communication Spectrum - 2009 (COMSPEC-'09)" organized by Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology held during 19th and 20th February 2009
• A national level open robotics challenge "Robolympix 2K9" organized by SRM University held during 11th and 12th April 2009
• A national level student technical fest "Aaruush '09" organized by SRM University, held during 09th to 12th September 2009
• A national level workshop on "Software Engineering" organized by Department of Computer Science Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology held during 11th & 12th December 2009
• A national level student symposium "Communication Spectrum - 2009 (COMSPEC-'10)" organized by Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology during 23rd & 24th February 2010 is under progress
