REFUND POLICY

Request for cancellation of admission and refund of fees may be considered as per the following norms:

  • Refund request received prior to the enrolment of the first year, owing to visa rejects, medical reason, not meeting eligibility norms or any other exigencies, the total amount paid would be refunded except registration fee of USD 300 and Process fee of USD 200, within 60 days of receipt of the filled in refund form complete in all respects.
  • Student withdrawing within 15 days after enrolment eligible for 50% tuition fee refund, except the registration fee of USD 300 and process fee of USD 200
  • Registration Fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Application Fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Refunds will be made in accordance with foreign exchange regulations.
  • Requests for withdrawals should be made in the prescribed application available at the Office of International Relations.
  • The refund information given above is indicative only, and SRM University reserves the right to make changes. Any changes in the above will be informed separately.
