PG Medicine University-Level Mop-Up Counselling 2018

Annoncements Description: 

The university-level mop-up counselling will be held from 28th May to 31st May 2018. Candidates who have not been allotted by DGHS during the first two rounds of counselling and the Mop-up round of counselling and are now listed in the DGHS university level counselling are eligible to register with us for filling the remaining seats in PG Medicine.

Last Date for Registration: May 27, 2018 5:00 PM

Filling of the remaining seats will be done based on the DGHS All India Rank order and availability of seat in a particular specialisation. Not reporting or not paying the applicable tuition fees or not producing the required documents at the time of university-level mop-up counselling, after registering with us, would be construed as forfeited and the next in the rank order will be admitted.

Postgraduates (MD /MS) Admissions 2018-2019: SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre, Potheri, Kattankulathur candidates registered with SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) for the University-Level Mop-up  counselling for PG Medical admissions at SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre should report to the Dean Medical at 11 am on 28 May, 2018. The following certificates in original and Tuition Fee as DD or Online are to be submitted at the time of admission.

1. Provisional Allotment Letter generated through ONLINE ( DGHS )
2. NEET (PG) 2018 Scorecard
3. NEET (PG) 2018 Admit Card
4. Class 10th/ 12th Mark Sheet as proof of Date of Birth
5. MBBS Mark Sheet
6. Attempts Certificate
7. Course Completion/Conduct Certificate
8. CRRI Completion Certificate
9. Provisional /Degree Certificate
10.State Medical Council Registration
11. Transfer Certificate
12. Community Certificate (if OBC/SC/ST)
13. Migration Certificate
14. Recognition of college by MCI PAN Card & Aaadhar Card -  Original for verification and return and Photocopy Passport size latest Photograph of the Candidate (10 Nos) Candidates to bring DD for the appropriate amount, as specified for admission. Payment can be made online also.

MD and MS Annual Tuition Fees for 2018-19 in Rupees

The annual tuition fee for all clinical programmes in MD and MS is payable in two stages. 50% of the annual tuition fee is payable at the time of counseling for first year (and before 31st May for second and third year of study) and the remaining 50% is payable before 30th September every year. For Non-clinical programmes in MD and MS, the annual tuition fees must be paid fully at the time of counseling for first year and before 31st May every year for second year and third year of study.

Refund Policy:

1. Withdrawal after first counselling before the beginning of second counselling (5th April) full tuition fees to be refunded, except registration fee
2. Upgradation in second round full fee to be refunded, except registration fee
3. Withdrawal after second round no refund.
4. Withdrawal after 27th of April no refund of the one-year fee.
5. Withdrawal after joining in the MOPUP round no refund.
6. Withdrawal after 31st of May no refund full course (3 years) fee to be remitted
