Applications are invited for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under the Department of Biotechnology (DBT) sponsored project titled “Gadolinium Substituted Cobalt Ferrites for Theragnostic Applications”.

Eligibility:
JRF (1 Post) - Postgraduate degree in Basic Science with NET qualification or Graduate degree in Professional Course with NET qualification or Postgraduate degree in Professional course. NET qualification includes DBT-BET, CSIR, GATE, GPAT, ICMR-JRF, ICAR-AICE, JAM, JEST, JGEEBILS conducted by Central Government.

SRF (1 Post) – Qualification prescribed for JRF with two years of Research Experience.

Desirable: Good Knowledge in MS office.

Fellowship:
JRF - Rs. 25,000 + 10% HRA = 27,500 for 1st and 2nd Year. Based on the performance JRF shall be promoted to SRF in the 3rd year and will be paid Rs. 28,000 + 10% HRA = Rs. 30,800

SRF - Rs. 28,000 + 10% HRA = Rs. 30,800

Tenure: 3 years

Registration for Ph.D. : Selected candidate shall register for full time Ph.D. programme at SRM Institute of Science and Technology (formerly known as SRM University), Kattankulathur, Chennai.
