Fusion Cuisine 2018

From the Directorate of Student Affairs, we had 12 teams, comprising of two in a team who participated in the culinary competition entitled FUSION CUISINE 2018.

All the students are from various departments of SRM IST belonging to the regime of NRI sector wherein they prepared three dishes for two portions.

Chef Uma Shankar Dhanapal Winner of IKA / Culinary Olympics was the jury member who judged based on the creativity, innovation, taste, and presentation.

Participation certificates were given to all the contestants by Dr.Mythili, the Director of Student Affairs and also by Dr. D. Antony Ashok Kumar, the Director of Hotel Management
