  • Heat transfer lab head from 1999 – 2006: Enhanced instrumentation facilities in the laboratory, added new experimental setups through in-house student projects. Also a cool thermal energy storage system was designed and fabricated to conduct research.
  • ISO audit: Successfully completed the internal quality auditor training course on quality systems w.r.t. ISO 9001: 1994 during 26–28 December 2000. Served as a member of IQA (Internal Quality Auditor) and MRR for administrative office during 2001 - 2003.

  • The Tamilnadu State Council for Science and Technology (TNSCST) has sanctioned financial support under Student Project Scheme for the project titled "Experimental study on charging and discharging characteristics of PCM based TES system" (2003 - 2004).
  • Received best paper Award in 2002 at Indian Environment Congress, Jointly organized by the Environment Council of India, Institution of Engineers (India) and N.S.S. College of Engineering, Palakkad, Kerala.
