Author Instructions for Camera Ready Paper Submission
1. For selected papers to get published in the ICAET10 Proceedings, at least one author of the paper should register for the conference.
2. Authors should register for the conference by paying the due fees through Demand Draft/ Wire Transfer.
a) Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of "ICAETIO ", payable at Chennai.
(Note: Account Name consists of only alphabets and not numerals)

3. For every selected paper , ICAET10 provides a User Name and Password, which shall be used to submit the Camera Ready Paper in Online at www.srmuniv.ac.in/icaet10
4. The camera ready paper must incorporate the suggestions given by the reviewers.
5. The Camera Ready Paper should be prepared in IEEE Two Column Paper Format. The template for the camera ready paper can be downloaded here. (ieee_formatting.doc)
6. The maximum number of pages allowed in the Camera Ready Paper is SIX including, figures and tables.
7. The Camera Ready Paper should be submitted both in DOC and PDF format. (Names of the files should be "PAPER TITLE.DOC" and "PAPER TITLE.PDF")
8. The authors should submit the following to the Conference Chair through icaet10@srmuniv.ac.in
a. A Signed Copyright Form (Scanned copy or signed hard copy)
b. Registration Form (Scanned Copy or signed hard copy)
c. Demand Draft (Scanned Copy) (If Registration Fee is paid by DD)
9. The hard Copy of the items 8(a), 8(b) and 8(c), should be sent to the below mentioned address:
