SRM University, a Nodal Centre of National Board of Accreditation (NBA)

SRM University is now a nodal centre of National Board of Accreditation. It is to be noted that SRM is one among the 16 centers in India to acquire such recognition. Prof. G. Augustine Maniraj Pandian, Principal Coordinator, Internal Quality Assurance Cell and Mr. Vijayakumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering are the coordinators of NBA.

National Board of Accreditation (NBA) is an autonomous body functioning under the aegis of AICTE. The objective of NBA is to assess and accredit the academic institutions offering technical and professional education. NBA aims to ensure high quality standards in education sector and to meet the growing global demands. SRM University would join hands with NBA and conduct training programs in the future.
