Foundation Stone laid for SRM University Haryana Campus
The foundation stone of SRM University Haryana was laid by Honourable Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri Bhupinder Singh Hooda at RGEC, Sonepat. Along with the Chief Minister Member of Parliament Sh. Jitender Malik, MLA Rai, Sh. Jaitirath Dahiya and Political advisor to CM, Prof. Virender Singh were also present at the occasion. The Chancellor of SRM University Dr. T. R. Pachamuthu welcomed all the dignitaries and honoured the Chief Minister with a memento.
In his speech Chief Minister welcomed SRM University in Haryana and said that students will get to experience world class infrastructure along with quality education at SRM University. He also said that in RGEC Sonepat, 25% seat will be reserved for students of Haryana along with fee concession.
He thanked Dr. T.R. Pachamuthu, Chancellor of SRM University, Shri Ravi Pachamoothoo, Chairman of SRM Group of institutions and Prof. P. Sathyanarayanan, President of SRM University for their valuable presence and assured the Haryana Government’s support to SRM to provide quality education. Other dignitaries present on the occasion were Dr. Kannan, Dr. Manoj Kumar Pandey and Dr.S.Viswanathan.
