The effect has organized HR SUMMIT-2017 on the theme Campus to Corporate on 5th October 2017. At SRM it is our custom to begin the proceeding of the event with invocation and lighting of lamp.Initially happening was carried out with Dr.C.Sundar- Head of Department –MBA and Vice Principal-Academic(Science and Humanities) foreword the Industry link in connection of placement requirements of an HR . He elaborated on placement act in the university which enlightens the future of many students with wide lay of opportunities provided. Further it was continued by Dr.P.Sekar-Dean Science and Humanities, who started with question WHAT IS HR SUMMIT? And How MBA student need to be shape up to the high level of exception? Which was keenly concentrated on how an MBA Graduate should build the relationship and commitment of work professionally?
It was followed by Mr.Madhavan, Placement Officer emphasize on the value of HR Summit for MBA Students. He further added the necessity of conducting such events at this economic turbulence for the betterment of students.

Then the time was taken place with Mr.PrasaanthSundar –Founder and CTO-Hasgrid.com, he evident about the structure of networking building, insight knowledge about technical context. And then brought in the concept of core corporate concept – perception, influence and politics. He gestured about the Unstructured to Structure Learning which textured the kind of conduct followed in corporate world.
It was carried away with the technical session by Mr.Subramanaim Anandan,National Manager, Statutory Compliance(India Operations),M/s.ADP India Pvt Ltd. with the pointed concept of e-hrm in the current scenario, he fetched in the expression of an HR role-play in corporate and the challenges faced and taken up by individual in the point, and the sessions was focused on the top priorities of the modern HR executive: being a talented strategist, software solutions for e-hrm ,leadership developer, change master and productive work environment architect
